ROBERTSON, Judge.

Earl Kramer, defendant-appellant, appeals the trial court’s decision which granted Larry and Margaret Ragers’, plaintiff-appellees, complaint and denied his counterclaim. Ragers sought injunctive relief to prevent Kramer from blocking their sewer *702drainage pipe adjacent to his land. In turn, Kramer sought to enjoin the Ragers from draining sewer water and surface water onto his land and he sought damages.

The facts reveal that Kramer and Ragers own adjoining lots in Posey County in an area known as Kramer Subdivision, Section A. Kramer platted the subdivision in 1964. Kramer…
