Emile Haeuser, the minor son of Leonard G. Haeuser, received personal injuries while' 'a guest passenger in a Cadillac automobile driven by Walter Hebert, chauffeur of Charles T. Kerner, the owner of the Cadillac, when that car came into collision with a Ford sedan owned and driven by Charles W. Hanna. The accident occurred ’ at the corner of General Taylor and Prytania Streets, New Orleans, at about 12:05 a. m. on September 26, 1937.
