This matter came before the undersigned on February 27, 1987, upon a number of motions. Defendants Stephen B. Parker, Frederick S. Larson, George R.A. Johnson, Thomas M. Claflin, II, David M. Ehlen, Bruce L. Burnham, and Richard W. McEwen (the “individual defendants”) and defendants Kidder, Peabody & Co. and Dain Bosworth, Inc.
