ReDonna Maxwell and her husband appeal from an order of the Circuit Court denying their motion to restore their case to the Circuit Court docket. We reverse and remand.
FACTS/PROCEDURAL HISTORY
On March 17, 1995, ReDonna Maxwell was involved in an automobile accident with Beverly Genez and John Doe. In April 1997, Maxwell and her husband filed a complaint against Genez asserting various causes of action against her arising from the accident.
