This case involves the construction of a written contract, a copy of which, marked Exhibit A, we attach hereto as a part of this opinion.

The factual background of this litigation, in so far as material to this appeal, is as follows: in February of 1947 appellee Mueller and Webb Mading entered into a contract in writing for the formation of a corporation known as Modern Fixtures, Inc., to engage in the office fixture business.
