I. Preamble

On July 19, 1995, a 131-page complaint under the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation and Liability Act of 1980, as amended by the Superfund Amendments and Reauthorization Act of 1986, was filed by twenty-three (23) named plaintiffs on behalf of themselves and some sixty-six (66) other parties who had assigned their rights to the named plaintiffs.
