NEESE, District Judge.
By amended complaint, 2 the plaintiff seeks equitable relief by the return of certain firearms and ammunition which were administratively forfeited by the Secretary of the Treasury (Secretary) to the United States. The plaintiff appears to undertake to invoke the jurisdiction of this Court under 28 U.S.C. §§ 1346(a)(1), 1355, 1395(a), and 26 U.S. C. § 7301 et seq.
