This matter, which has been pending for slightly more than one year and has entailed the need for frequent court intervention, is once again before me, this time occasioned by defendants’ application for an order compelling discovery, and seeking the issuance of a protective order shielding certain information sought by the plaintiff through pretrial discovery.
