In an action, inter alia, for dissolution of a partnership, defendant appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Westchester County (Gurahian, J.), entered June 8, 1983, which denied his motion to dismiss the complaint. K Order affirmed, with costs. Uln January, 1963, plaintiff and defendant entered into a partnership agreement for the purpose of engaging in the real estate business.
