This cause comes on writ of error to review the decree of the circuit court of Tazewell county granting specific performance of a contract for the purchase of a tract of land from the defendant in error. Plaintiff in error is a corporation organized under the act providing for the organization of park districts, and as such maintains and operates a pleasure driveway and park district in the township of Eon du Lac, in Tazewell county.
