The plaintiffs had judgment against the appellants for the sum of $428 damages suffered by them for and on account of the destruction of a certain lot of crabs, and the taking by the appellants and depriving the plaintiffs of the use of a certain automobile.
The findings of the court, which are amply supported by the testimony, are to the effect that on or about the first day of July, 1932, the plaintiffs had brought into the state a truckload of fresh crabs consisting of - 30 sacks which had been caught in the Pacific Ocean off the state of Oregon, and were transporting the same through the…
