HIGHERS, Judge.
This ease involves a dispute over proceeds from the sale of two one-story branch bank buildings (“buildings”). Defendant, Harde-man County Bank (“HCB”), claims an interest in the proceeds because it held a perfected security interest in the buildings as personalty. Plaintiff, William B.
