Plaintiffs-appellants Marc J. Anderson and Jeffrey E. Grubb appeal from a judgment entered in the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York (Owen, J.) following a jury verdict in favor of defendant-appellee Ed Wisniefski. 799 F.Supp. 1490. On appeal, Anderson and Grubb raise several challenges to the district court’s jury instructions.
