Plaintiff brings this action alleging that defendants willfully infringed plaintiff’s patents, misappropriated plaintiff’s trade secrets, tortiously interfered with plaintiff’s prospective contractual relations, engaged in unfair competition and that de fendant Gregorio Tarancon breached a contract entered into with plaintiff. This court’s jurisdiction is predicated upon 28 U.S.C. §§ 1338, 1331 and 1332.
