Pursuant to Rule 47(b), Rules of the Supreme Court, 17 A.R.S., and A.R.S. § 12--120.24, we granted a petition to review the decision of the Court of Appeals reported in 2 Ariz.App. 618, 411 P.2d 56, which on writ of certiorari affirmed an award of The Industrial Commission of Arizona, hereinafter designated the Commission, to-the petitioner in the Court of Appeals, Har ■old Samuel Herman, hereinafter designated the claimant.
