for the Court.
The respondent, Daniel Diaz (respondent or Diaz), appeals from a Family Court decree terminating his parental rights to his three sons, Daniel, Jose, and Emmanuel. This case came before the Supreme Court for oral argument on November 9, 2010, pursuant to an order directing both parties to appear and show cause why the issues raised by this appeal should not summarily be decided.
