The respondent Robert Molenda (respondent or Molenda) appeals from a Family Court decree terminating his parental rights to his son, Lyric P. (Lyric). This case came before the Supreme Court for oral argument on March 4, 2014, pursuant to an order directing the parties to appear and show cause why the issues raised in this appeal should not be summarily decided.
