Justice FLAHERTY, for the Court.

This is an appeal from a Family Court decree terminating the parental rights of Stephanie Calise (Stephanie) to her daughter, Natalya, under G.L. 1956 § 15-7-7(a)(3) 1 and (a)(2)(iii). 2 On appeal, Stephanie argues that the trial justice erred when she found that the Department of Children, Youth and Families (DCYF) had met its burden of proving that it made reasonable efforts to achieve reunification between Stephanie and Natalya prior to DCYF’s filing a petition to terminate parental rights (TPR). 3 After a thorough review of the record, we hold that…
