Plaintiff Jerome Brown, proceeding pro se, sued Defendant Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority (WMATA) and others on February 2, 2015, in the Superi- or Court for the District of Columbia. See No. 15-1408, Dkt. 1-1. The Defendants removed to this Court on August 28, 2015. See No. 15-1408, Dkt. 1.
