Appeal from a judgment of the superior court for King county, Jurey, J., entered July 16, 1915, upon findings in favor of the defendant, in an action to vacate a decree of divorce and for support.

In a former suit in the superior court for King county, wherein the present respondent was plaintiff and the present appellant defendant, there was a decree of divorce granted respondent in the year 1910, upon service of summons upon appellant by publication. Thereafter appellant moved to set aside the decree in that action upon the ground that it had been improvidently granted. She appeared by attorneys in behalf of the motion to set aside the decree, a hearing was had, and the decree was reinstated March SO, 1912.
