A petition was filed in this matter by Arthur H. Fennimore seeking compensation for personal injury sustained on April 17th, 1913, when a car he was driving was struck by a locomotive of the Lehigh Yalley Eailroad while he was transversing a private road laid from the premises of the respondent to the public highway after the termination of his day’s work.
