This cause comes to this Court from the Chancery Court of Shelby County, Tennessee, Division II, Honorable Ceylon Frazer, Chancellor.

In this opinion the complainant, John D. Young, will be referred to by the title of his status in the lower Court, “complainant” or by his name followed by the abbreviated designation “Jr.” because his father’s name was the same as his, and the name of the father will be mentioned in the opinion as it is in the case because the cause involves title to land which his father had possession of until his death, and Rebecca J.
