The defendant, John C. Kaliman, has appealed from the order denying his motion in arrest of judgment or, in the alternative, for new trial following judgment of guilty to the crime of grand larceny and imposition of a suspended sentence therefor.

His appeal raises several issues, but we consider only the assignment of error which asserts that the information filed against him failed to allege all the elements of the crime of *42which he was found guilty. We agree with that assertion and accordingly remand with instruction to dismiss the information.
