The plaintiff seller, Donna Smith, appeals from the judgment of the trial court awarding the defendant brokers, Coldwell Banker Commercial N.E.R.A, LLC (Coldwell Banker), and Jack Guttman,1 a real estate commission for the sale of the plaintiffs business.2 On appeal, the plaintiff claims that the court improperly found that the defendants could not have breached their contract with the plaintiff because they were not parties to a renegotiated sales contract and that the defendants had earned their sales commission on the original contract between the parties.
