This action is brought to recover damages for personal injuries. The complaint alleges that plaintiff’s injuries were caused by the negligence of the defendant, that the plaintiff was guilty of no contributory negligence, that he received personal injuries “ and has been obliged to incur great sums for medical care and treatment and also in the future he will be put to great expense for his care and treatment.”
