QUINN, Justice.
Vasifios Karagounis (“Karagounis”) has moved for rehearing. We deny the motion, withdraw our original opinion dated May 1, 1998, and substitute the following in its stead.
Karagounis appeals from a final judgment declaring that he take nothing against Property Company of America (“PCA”) and sanctioning Karagounis for initiating in bad faith and pursuing a groundless suit.
