Plaintiff, Charles Johnson, filed a complaint for declaratory judgment, seeking relief in the form of deferred bonus payments owed him pursuant to an alleged contract between plaintiff and defendant, Figgie International, Inc., Rawlings Sporting Goods Division (hereinafter Rawlings). Subsequently, plaintiff moved for summary judgment. The trial court granted the motion, ruling that there was no question of material fact at issue.
