This is an appeal from a judgment of the Circuit Court of Marion County entered on January 24, 1974, after a nonjury trial. The court ordered the defendant to pay the plaintiff the sum of $3760.

The plaintiff brought an action against the defendant, a not-for-profit corporation engaged in the performance of social and human services under programs of the Federal government, based on an alleged violation of a contract of employment.
