MEMORANDUM OPINION

WILL, District Judge.

Robert J. Pelizza filed this action against Reader’s Digest Sales & Services Inc. (Reader’s Digest) seeking damages for lost wages and other benefits due to the termination of his employment. The three count complaint alleges breach of contract in Count I, breach of the duty to deal fairly and in good faith in Count II, and intentional infliction of emotional distress in Count III.
