This urns a criminal prosecution charging statutory rape. Defendant Avas convicted and appeals. ' ■

The principal contention is that the testimony of the prosecuting Avitness is not sufficiently corroborated. The , prosecuting witness Avas a girl, 9 years of age, who lived.
