RONEY, Circuit Judge:

The principal issue in this case is whether to convict under 18 U.S.C.A. § 659, which makes it a crime to steal from interstate or foreign carrier shipments, the evidence must show the goods were stolen from one of the places enumerated in the statute. The issue is presented both on a challenge to the sufficiency of the evidence to sustain this conviction, and on appeal from the denial of a requested jury instruction.
