SULLIVAN, Judge:
During January and March 1996, appellant was tried by a special court-martial composed of members at Fort Carson, Colorado. Contrary to pleas, he was found guilty of 2 specifications of requesting graft, in violation of Article 184, Uniform Code of Military Justice, 10 USC § 934. He was sentenced to *2a bad-conduct discharge, confinement for 6 months, and reduction to pay grade E-l. On June 6, 1996, the convening authority approved the sentence. The Court of Criminal Appeals affirmed these results without opinion on April 30, 1997.
