George W. Miller, Isabella C. Miller, Alien E. Ware, John Allen Ware, Edwin E. Ware, Louis L. Wallace and K. W. Davidson, hereinafter called plaintiffs, brought suit against numerous defendants, whom we shall hereinafter refer to either generically as defendants or individually by name, in the superior court of Mohave county.
