Louise Miller Dockery, in her own right, and Lawrence Miller, Elwyn Miller and Richard Miller, through Louise Miller Dockery, as their guardian ad litem, brought suit against Central Arizona Light & Power Company, a corporation, hereinafter called the company, Jane Kistler, hereinafter called the administratrix, and her official bondsman, Fidelity & Deposit Company of Maryland, a corporation. An original complaint and a first, second and third amended complaint were filed.
