LAWSON, District Judge.

This matter is presently before the Court on the motions filed by several contestants to a portion of an attorney fee which the Court approved as part of a settlement in these consolidated actions. On August 15, 2000, this Court’s predecessor, the Honorable Victoria A. Roberts, entered an order approving payment to the respective plaintiffs in the gross amount of $5 million.
