*689 In this contract dispute regarding a referral fee between two law firms, plaintiff appeals as of right and defendant cross-appeals as of right the trial court's entry of judgment after a jury trial. Defendant's cross-appeal is of the trial court's previous order denying defendant's motion for summary disposition. We affirm in part, reverse in part, vacate in part, and remand for further proceedings consistent with this opinion.
