The appeals in this case, three in number, are from a decree in a consolidated suit in equity seeking to determine the validity of 'an attempted settlement of the separate claims of a woman and her husband growing out of personal injuries received by the 'wife when she was struck by one automobile and carried by it into - collision with another.
