ADAMS, District Judge.

This action was brought by the Munson Steamship Dine against the Miramar Steamship Company, Dimited, to recover several items alleged to be due under a charter party of the said steamship, dated October 3, 1902, for a period of six months under which she was delivered to the libellant on the 28th day of January, 1903, at 11 A. M. and was duly re-delivered by the libellant to the respondent on the 7th day of August, 1903, at 2 P. M.
