This is a wrongful death case. The Court has jurisdiction pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1332. Pending before the Court are Defendant American Airlines, Inc.'s (American) motion to dismiss and alternative motion to transfer venue and Plaintiffs Christopher A. Starks (Mr. Starks) and Tina W.
