For nearly thirteen years, Plumbing Services, Inc. (“PSI”) made contributions to the Plumbers and Pipefitters National Pension Fund (the “Fund”), a multiem-ployer pension benefit plan governed by the Employment Retirement Income Security Act of 1974 (“ERISA”), 29 U.S.C. § 1001 et seq.
