Movant, Thomas D. Webb, appeals the denial of his Rule 27.26 motion after an evidentiary hearing. Movant pled guilty to single counts of robbery first degree, armed criminal action, attempted forcible rape, and first degree assault. He was sentenced to fifteen years imprisonment on the assault count and to thirty years for each of the remaining three counts, all of which ran concurrently.
