MURPHY, Circuit Judge.
After Jimmy Boyster was indicted for possessing and manufacturing marijuana, he moved to suppress the evidence seized during a search of his property and statements he made to officials at the scene. The district court 2 denied the motion, and Boyster subsequently entered a conditional guilty plea and was sentenced to 42 months imprisonment.
