Plaintiff recovered on two accident and health policies of insurance, and defendant appeals.

The plaintiff was an employee of The Colman Lamp Company in its factory at Wichita, Kan. His business .was to assemble gasoline lamps. On January 31, 1921, an explosion occurred, in which he was severely burned on the neck and shoulder. He remained at home from that time until the 15th day of August, 1921, when he returned to the factory.
