Orkin Exterminating Company, Inc., filed its equitable petition in Chatham Superior Court seeking a temporary and permanent injunction against Rudolph W. Gill, a former employee. The petition alleged in substance the following facts: “[T]hat defendant, Rudolph W. GiU> entered into an employment contract with the present plaintiff, . . . dated December 31, 1964.
