THIS CAUSE came before the Court upon Defendants’ Fed.R.Civ.P. 12(b)(2), (4), (5), and (6) Motions to dismiss or quash service of process for lack of jurisdiction over the person, insufficiency of process, insufficiency of service of process, and failure to state a claim upon which relief can be granted.
