Dear Counsel:
This matter comes before the Court on the motion for summary judgment by defendant, Aetna Casualty & Surety Company (“Aet-na”). The case involves denial of coverage by Aetna in connection with a claim that was submitted by the plaintiff, Hudson Universal, Ltd. (“Hudson”). The narrow question in this matter is whether Aetna exercised bad faith in its denial of coverage. Oral argument was heard on October 14, 1997.
