This is a writ of habeas corpus to the superintendent of the Lyman School for Boys, at Westborough, issued by the Superior Court, upon a petition alleging that the petitioner’s minor son, Mark Sennott, aged fourteen years, was unlawfully imprisoned and restrained of his liberty by said superintendent.
