This is a motion for leave to file a petition, the purpose of which is to obtain an order of this court requiring Judge Letts to recuse himself because of personal prejudice from further participation in the suit of Hodge et al., Plaintiffs v. Urciolo ct ah, Defendants, now on trial in the District Court of the United States for the District of Columbia.
