Fireman’s Fund Insurance Company, defendant-appellant, appeals from a judgment of the district court of Bernalillo County. Plaintiffs-appellees brought suit, seeking recovery from appellant under the medical provision of the insurance policy which covered the automobile at the time of the accident in which Mrs. Geneva Love Morris and her minor daughter, Janet Morris, were injured.
