MEMORANDUM

S&S Services, Inc. ["S&S"] has moved for summary judgment in this case involving the reputed transfer of title to Parcel No. 56-79 Estate Frydenhal ["the Parcel"]. S&S seeks judgment that the defendant, Laurenceteen Rogers Chapman ["Rogers Chapman"], has no legal claim to title in the Parcel, that Rogers Chapman wrongfully maintains physical possession of the Parcel, and that S&S is the rightful owner of the Parcel.
